Entrants in this event should note that registration on both days (Notts entrants Saturday 25th, Derbyshire entrants Sunday 26th) is in the Notts AC clubhouse at the Harvey Hadden stadium. Registration must be made between 10 and 10.15 am only on the day of competition. The first event is the 75m which starts at 11.20am on Saturday and 11.15am on Sunday. >Courses Applications close 2 weeks prior to course date
Courses are free to anyone who is a member of the Derbyshire Athletics Network clubs.

Match 2 is at Mount St Marys College track on Saturday 18th May. First events start at 10a.m. The match programme can be viewed here. Please remember that event start times are only guides and the number of athletes entering has a big impact on how quickly each event runs. The league always needs people to help on the day – moving hurdles, helping with results, raking sandpits etc. Please offer your help and contribute to the smooth running of these highly popular and successful competitions for the county’s young athletes.

All clubs that organise road races should consider ensuring that they have someone attend.
A recent cancellation of the April fixture of the Notts Road Race League following issues with Highways Dept illustrates the important need to attend.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The cost of the course is £140 but this one is discounted to £70 for members of EA affiliated clubs.

Track Races for Road Runners

Please see this flyer about some track races which are to be held on Wed May 1st.

These races are aimed at road runners who have NOT raced / run on a track before to come and have a go. Experienced athletes that regularly race on tracks are not encouraged to enter these races.

Races will be over 800m and 1500m. Races will be seeded according to ability and will be mixed gender.

There will be at least 6 x 800m races and 5 x 1500m races on the night

Runners can enter either the 800 or 1500 or both.

All runners will receive an accurately recorded time.

Entries are limited to 60 in each event.

Pre entry is recommended but entries on the night will be accepted IF SPACE ALLOWS.
